We hold monthly meetings on the last Thursday at 7pm
We have regular guest speakers: Reiki, Bowen, Expert Patients, Self Help Practitioners, Herbalists, Job Centre information
A range of information leaflets, a library of books and videos for members to borrow from for a small fee.
Regular social events, luncheons, Coffee mornings.
We try to offer a good support network for our members and a newsletter is produced Quarterly.
