I had a bit of a bad night and have been catnapping all day to try and catch up. Sleeping is one of my bugbears( I have several;) )

I hope your night was a pleasant one.

I must say, I am looking forward to seeing this forum grow, I have a feeling it's going to be very popular.

Im sorry you did not sleep to good mate try and sleep as much as you can today.

My night was not to bad once my meds kicked it that was it i was out like a light.

I hope the forum does grow and the more members the better its very slow are the moment though sadley but we will see
