fibro forum rules

Here are my rules for the forum.

1) The admin or mods are there to help you so please ask if you need them. One off us will be about somewhere
2) There will be NO back stabbing off any kind. ( DO THIS AND YOU WILL BE DELETED FROM THE FORUM)
3) No swearing (its not nice if we have children on YOU WILL HAVE 2 WARNINGS AND THEN ITS DOWN TO ADMIN)
4) Respect each other........we want this to be a happy forum
5) If there is any kind off bullying what so ever towards another member of the forum I WILL DELETE YOU RIGHT AWAY
6) Have fun enjoy the forum and the members in it. They will help you as much as you help them

7) {INPORTANT} If i find members are getting spam emails asking them for personal information and so on i WILL find your I.P address and report you to the Legal organisations in the country your in. [DO NOT DO THIS AT ALL]
If for any reason you want to leave the forum then please pm ADMIN and i will close your account
