MOOD FOODS AND THEIR BENEFITS

I have been feeling pretty bad recently and my medication wasn't having much effect. I went along to my local library and found a really good book about foods which are supposed to lift you moods. Well having eaten my way through two punnets of strawberries yesterday afternoon my mood was miraculously lifted within a short space of time.

Although I wouldn't recommend eating so many at once at it plays havoc with your irritable bowel.

As I work my way through the book those I have trialled and tested will be given a mention here - so watch this space...
