A good rub down from head to toe

I've found some brilliant Massage Lotion called Fruits of Nature "Muscle Fatigue Rub" which smells like the inside of a car engine and keeps the mosquitos at bay but works well and is non greasy. Easily applied if you've not got nimble fingers or helping hands. Only costs £4.99.

I also recommend their Nourishing Foot Balm (soothes tired and aching feet) costing £3.99

I seem to be going more the alternative therapy route these days ... sick of pills!!!!
