One of the operatic companies that mum, dad and I belong to had their show at local theatre last week. My dad is their musical director so conducts show and mum and I run the front of house ie tearing tickets, showing folk to their seats, selling programmes, raffle tickets etc. So been really busy all week and today I have really crashed, lots of pain and spasms. Guess I overdid it again. Oh well, just have to rest and take meds. Hope ...
