A young lad called Tommy was growing up in a very poor Family and Christmas was coming up, Tommy asked his Mother if he could have a Bike for Christmas and how it would cost £120, I don't think so replied his Mum We have so many Bills and don't have the Money ,Why not write to Santa.
This Tommy did a long letter explaining all about his Family and the troubles in there life,
Well at the Post office an employee was going through the Santa letters and read Tommy's and was so moved that he went to his Boss and they set up a fund to raise the £120 needed to get Tommy his Bike, Several weeks later they opened the collection boxes and had exactly £110 so decided to send it to little Tommy anyway.
A few days later another letter arrived at the Postoffice from Tommy, It read.
Dear Santa,
Thankyou so much for your kindness i received your letter ,Unfortunately it was a tenner short so i couldn't get the Bike i wanted, I don't blame you though Santa, Mum says its probably those Thieving Bast##ds at the Post office.
Love Tommy.
